GRA says royalty adds to Guyana’s oil take – -not allowable in cost oil calculation

The Guyana Revenue Authority (GRA) today stated that Royalties paid to the Guyana Government under the 2016 oil agreement are an expense incurred in the production of income for the contractor(s), but are not allowable in the calculation of Cost Oil.
