NIS PRO has not responded to six emails I sent requesting that my records be corrected

Dear Editor,
I have submitted records of service for the under mentioned years to the National Insurance Scheme five times – 1985, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1993, 1994, 1995 and 1996.
