Matthews Ridge Airstrip closed for emergency repairs – -after heavy rain

Due to heavy rainfall, the Matthews Ridge Airstrip and associated taxiway was damaged and consequently will be closed for remedial emergency repairs from today, the Guyana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) says.
