Larceny charge against Soesdyke teacher dismissed – -complainant refused to give evidence

The simple larceny charge that was brought against 23-year-old Nickacia Sobers on Monday has since been dismissed after partial payments were made to the man who refused to give evidence against her during their second court appearance yesterday.
