PORT-AU-PRINCE, (Reuters) – Haitian gang leader Jimmy “Barbecue” Cherizier said yesterday that fuel trucks can approach the Varreux terminal without fear for their safety, days after police broke up a blockade that had halted fuel distribution for nearly two months.
