Cop in `friendly fire’ incident died from gunshot to abdomen – post mortem

A post-mortem examination conducted by government pathologist, Dr Nehaul Singh, on the body of police sergeant Alex Vaughn has revealed that he died as a result of a gunshot injury to the abdomen.
