The Mighty Sparrow in his popular verses, says, “Everyday should be Mother’s Day.” Late poet Maya Angelou also reminds us that “When we are small, our mothers are everything to us. Her arms were made to cradle us and provide for all our needs. At first, we don’t want to be separated from her. As time passes, a mother helps us become more independent.”
“Even in our teenage years, we still love our mother even though we don’t show it well, and we finally come to realize the wisdom she has.
This is a great Mother’s Day poem that thanks mothers for their guidance and unconditional love.
These are words that remind us of the importance of a mother. As the nation celebrate yet another Mother’s Day, on Sunday May 14 we feel a sense of commitment to make her day special.
As such, several events across New York will celebrate mothers, starting with a “Get ready to celebrate Mothers in style with a Mother’s Day Photoshoot Special, now being held, and will run until May 14 from 2:00 p.m.
The event will host a fun and exciting photoshoot in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, building 120 suite 206. “This is the perfect opportunity to treat your mom to a day of pampering and create lasting memories together. A team of professional photographers will be on hand to capture all the special moments and create beautiful portraits to cherish forever,” said the release.
