CCJ says Maurice Arjoon also entitled to severance

The Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) in a majority judgment has ruled that former manager of the New Building Society (NBS), Maurice Arjoon, who had been wrongfully dismissed, is entitled not only to full pension, but severance benefits totalling just over $20,000,000.
