Bartica mason charged with sex offence involving minor

Kurt Spencer, a 45-year-old mason of Bar-tica who was accused earlier this year of causing a child to watch a sexual act was charged yesterday at the Bartica Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Crystal Lambert
Spencer was accused of causing a 12-year-old child on February 24 to watch a sexual act.
