Yesterday at his Brickdam Headquarters, the Minister of Health,  Dr Frank Anthony met with PAHO International Consultant, Dr Roberto Tapia to discuss a human resources staffing analysis for the new Maternal and Paediatric Hospital being constructed in Ogle.
