Yuri Garcia Dominguez and Ateeka Ishmael, the principals of Accelerated Capital Firm Inc (ACFI), the company which has been at the centre of a huge suspected Ponzi scheme investigation over the last week, today appeared at the Vigilance Magistrate’s Court and virtually before the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court to answer a series of charges.
