Mother hands over prison escapee

Twenty-two-year-old Shamar Singh, who was wanted by the police for escaping from lawful custody on Friday, January 13, 2023, was handed over to Police in Regional Division #3 today at about 10:45 am by his mother, Diane Singh of Lot 21 Hague Jibb, West Coast Demerara.
