Man held over death of Quamina St biker – -it wasn’t the dog, according to video footage

Three days after it was reported that 27-year-old Shamar Frank Wilson had collided with a dog and died, a man is now in police custody assisting with the investigation after  video footage showed that he collided with Wilson.
