Man, 75, charged over $14m fraud

Vishnu Mungal, a 75-year-old man was arrested on Monday and charged today with  the offence of Obtaining Money by False Pretence, Contrary to Section 194 of the Criminal Law Offences Act, Chapter 8:01.
