Leonora needs help from this noise rampage, resident’s home was pelted with beer bottles

Dear Editor,
Peaceful Guyanese are convinced that the relevant authorities are only lip servicing the noise nuisance issue in this country and that this problem will not die a slow death, nor be eradicated completely, nor even experience a noticeable reduction.
