Guyanese CEO Peter Pestano announces groundbreaking joint venture with LLC4-Capitol Records
Peter “S.Y.” Pestano, the Guyanese-born CEO of The Programm, a multifaceted recording company, on Thursday announced a groundbreaking joint venture with LLC4/Capitol Records, the flagship label of Capitol Music Group.
“This collaboration marks a significant milestone in The Programm’s mission to create a cohesive community between LLC4, The Programm and its partners at Capitol records that is built on the backbone of success,” Pestano told Caribbean Life.
He said central to this venture is the appointment of Mexican-American rapper NHC Murda 60x as the flagship artist poised to lead The Programm’s roster.
Known for his distinctive lyrical prowess and magnetic stage presence, Pestano said NHC Murda 60x is set to unveil his highly anticipated project, titled “The World Is Yours”, “promising an eclectic fusion of Mexican heritage and contemporary rap influences.”
In a testament to diversity and creative synergy, Pestano said NHC Murda 60x will also embark on a collaborative project with renowned California-based chart-topping producer Cypress Moreno.
“This collaboration not only underscores NHC Murda 60x’s versatility but also marks a pivotal moment in Hispanic representation within the music industry,” he said.
Pestano said he and Orlando Wharton, representing Capitol Records, will jointly steer this venture, leveraging their combined expertise to propel artists like NHC Murda 60x to new heights of success and cultural impact.
