Gov’t sends Mae Thomas Toussaint on leave following US report

The Government of Guyana today said it has taken careful note of a US Department of Treasury press release sanctioning three Guyanese and it has sent one of them – Ministry of Labour Permanent Secretary, Mae Thomas Toussaint on leave with immediate effect while it gathers more information.
