The Grammy award-winning femcee made her hosting debut at the AMAS, which took place at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Nov. 21. โThis crowd is loud, โ Cardi told the audience. โI ainโt gonna lie. Iโm a little nervous.โ The Bronx, New York, born raptress had a very busy night between costume changes, hosting duties and winning her own award. Cardiโs eight different looks included a black Schiaparelli number, which she accessorized with a mask and gloves,ย a figure hugging gown by Christian Siriano, arriving on stage perched on top of Louis Vuitton luggage, and a sheer yellow ensemble by Jean Paul Gaultier, which she donned to accept the award for Favorite Rap/Hip Hop Song for โUpโ!
