Fifty-eight in Region Two given cement and steel subsidies

In a move to foster home ownership and stimulate construction, the Ministry of Housing and Water (MoHW), in collaboration with the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA), on Friday distributed 58 cement and steel vouchers worth $250,000 each to landowners in Region Two.
