CCJ dismisses application by harbour bridge supervisor in ship collision case

The Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) has dismissed the application for special leave to appeal a decision by the Court of Appeal in Guyana following the October 2022 collision of a ship with the Demerara Harbour Bridge which caused injury to bridge supervisor Andy Duke.
