Career diplomat from Louisiana nominated as next US Ambassador to Guyana

The White House yesterday announced that  Nicole D. Theriot, a career member of the Senior Foreign Service with the rank of Counselor, currently serving as the Principal Officer in Karachi, Pakistan has been nominated as the new US Ambassador to Guyana.
