Brazil’s Lula recovering from ‘successful’ second surgery, doctor says

SAO PAULO,  (Reuters) – Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva underwent a second procedure this morning following his emergency brain surgery earlier this week, his doctor said, adding the operation was successful.
