SAO PAULO (Reuters) – Brazilian farmers are set to nearly double the area planted with transgenic sugarcane in the season starting this month, the world’s main supplier of the genetically modified (GMO) crop, Centro de Tecnologia Canavieira (CTC), told Reuters.
