In the aftermath of multiple explosions connected to liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders and tragic loss of Guyanese life, the state bureaucracy hastens to “coordinate” and “review”[…]” what, even in the most euphemistic terms, could be described as grievous circumstances.
