MONTEVIDEO/TREINTA Y TRES,  (Reuters) – Official presidential results in Uruguay yesterday showed center-left candidate Yamandu Orsi will likely face conservative Alvaro Delgado in a second round next month, as no candidate secured the majority needed for a photo-finish.
