Ministry working `aggressively’ on paddy bugs – -Mustapha tells Corentyne farmers

Minister of Agriculture, Zulfikar Mustapha yesterday told farmers in the Upper Corentyne Area that the ministry is working aggressively to put systems in place to deal with the current paddy bug infestation.
