PM says Guyana’s energy diversification plan to deliver greater economic and social development

Prime Minister Mark Phillips, in an address to the 53rd Meeting of Ministers of the Latin American Energy Organization (OLADE) in Montevideo, Uruguay, said that Guyana’s energy diversification plan is in keeping with its Low Carbon Development Strategy (LCDS) 2030 objectives.
