Spray painter remanded over attempted murder of child, 10 – -also charged with wounding 12-year-old

Following a social media post of two children being beaten and burnt, Zabar Khan, a 42-year-old spray painter of First Street, Foulis, ECD, was arrested on September 14 and charged yesterday by ranks of the Enmore Police Station  with attempted murder.
